James Hinkin
PresidentJames started in the SAP world in 1995 with IBM’s Global Services group. Seeing the potential in the marketplace he founded Hinkin & Associates with Michael Flaherty in 1999 and now has over 25 years of experience with SAP consulting as well as other ERP systems. He has consulted in nearly every capacity from ABAP developer to Solution Architect and Project Manager. He has helped Hinkin & Associates place highly skilled consultants across the country as the firm grew to become a byword for quality.
Michael Flaherty
Senior PartnerMichael has over 25 years as an entrepreneur and investor in many small businesses and not for profit enterprises, including founding The Amber Group in New Jersey as a premier SAP consultancy and sold it in 1999 after growing the company to more than 75 employees with annual revenues of more than $11 million. He has served in almost every capacity from Director to President through Treasurer and Secretary.
